Tour Itinerary

After scheduled arrival in Delhi International Airport, get your custom formalities done and come to arrival halls, where our representative will be standing holding a placard written your name on it. He will greet and escort you to the designated hotel. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Get ready to explore this unknown city known as a melting pot of cultures. Have breakfast in the hotel and thereafter we shall take you on guided tour of historic city. We will visit places in Old and Delhi including the majestic Red Fort, built of red sandstone by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in 1648; Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India; Rajghat – memorial to Mahatma Gandhi or Father of the Nation.

We shall take you Chandni Chowk established in Mughal era. You can enjoy a ride on cycle rickshaws. The rickshaw puller sits on a small cushion in the front and take two passengers on the seat through serpentine streets. Later, you will visit Rashtrapati Bhawan, once residence of the British Viceroys; glorious India Gate – a memorial constructed in honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war, Humanyun’s Tomb -regarded a prototype of the famed Taj Mahal. It was built by emperor Humanyun’s wife and took eight years to complete.

In the evening we shall take you Janpath – the heart of the city where you can buy some souvenirs for your friends and relatives. Get back to hotel.

Set out for Delhi Airport to board a flight for Udaipur. Check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up, visit City Palace – located alongside Lake Pichola and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum). Enjoy boat ride at Lake Pichola (subject to water level in the Lake) in evening. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities.

Day 4 :
Udaipur

Have breakfast in the hotel’s coffee shop and later enjoy half day city tour to visit Saheliyon-ki-Bari – located in the northern part of the city. It was built by Maharana Bhopal Singh. Saheliyon-ki-Bari literally means ‘Gardens of the Maidens’. It has fountains, a lotus pool and a marble elephant. Also, visit Jagdish temple – dedicated to Lord Vishnu and approachable by a broad flight of steps. This temple was built by Maharana Jagat Singh, who ruled Udaipur during 1628-53. Visit local markets to experience the hustle bustle of the city’s old market during afternoon. Walk past the shops selling spices, jewellery, utensils, jaggery, silver and food items. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities.

Post breakfast in the hotel drive down to Jodhpur. Visit Ranakpur Jain Temples en route. It is an exceptionally beautiful excursion through the rugged hills of Rajasthan. The Jain Temples of Ranakpur in the Aravali Valley is one of the best complexes of Jain religion and is particularly famous for the grandiose scale of its architecture as well as highly decorated ceilings, walls and 1444 different pillars. The temples were designed by priests and their subsequent generations. Check into a hotel upon arrival. Afternoon city tour includes visit to Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada.

After having breakfast in the hotel drive down to Jaipur. Check into a hotel upon arrival. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities and visit local markets with chauffer.

Post breakfast in the hotel head towards an excursion to the majestic Amber Fort. Ride an elephant or jeep to ascend the hill where the fort is situated. Located in picturesque and rugged hills, the Amber Fort is a fascinating example of Mughal Architecture. It was constructed by Raja Mann Singh in 1592 and was completed by Sawai Jai Singh. The fort is made up of red sand stone and white marble.

Later on, visit City Palace – a famous landmark that is spread over a large area as it occupies one seventh of the city. Visit Jantar Mantar or Astronomical Observatory made by the Maharaja of Jaipur. It is also listed as the UNESCO’S World Heritage Site. Indulge into shopping in local markets during evening. You can shop for souvenirs, traditional Rajasthani attires, skillful handicraft of this region and so on.

After having breakfast in the hotel drive towards Agra. Visit Fatehpur Sikri en route. It was established in 1569 by the great Mughal emperor Akbar as the capital of Mughal Empire. It was abandoned after 16 years due to lack of water and turmoil in the north-west areas of Rajputana. Akbar got made many magnificent buildings in this complex which are worth visiting. Major attractions of this place are Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Diwan-i- Aam and Panch Mahal among others.

After freshen up our guide will take you for an excursion to Taj Mahal.

Also called the Seven Wonders of the World – Taj Mahal was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in 1653 AD in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. It took 22 years to build this marvellous and magnificent monument with the help of 20,000 workers. Later, visit Agra Fort built by the great Mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 AD followed by a visit to Tomb of Itimad–ud–Daula fort. It is also called a draft of Taj Mahal. You can explore the city on your own during rest of the time. Back to hotel.

Overnight stay at hotel. (Every Friday Taj Mahal is closed)

Post breakfast in the hotel step out to reach Agra railway station to board a train for Jhansi. Our representative will greet you at railway station upon arrival and from there drive down to Khajuraho. Visit Orchha Palace and Jahangir Mahal en route. Check into a hotel upon arrival in Khajuraho in afternoon. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities.

Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast in the hotel explore Eastern and Western group of temples. They include Laxmi and Varha temples, Kandariya Mahadev, Devi Jagdamba temples among others. Be ready for a scheduled departure to Khajuraho airport to board a flight for Varanasi. Check into a hotel upon arrival. Visit the Ghat of the River Ganges to experience the world famous ‘Ganga Arti’ during evening.

Get back to the hotel and stay there overnight..

Visit banks of the river Ganges early morning to enjoy a boat ride followed by watching an enchanting view of sunrise. Get back to the hotel for breakfast. Embark on a tour of the city; covering Kashi Vishawanath Nath temple, Banaras Hindu University and Bharat Temple.

Head towards Sarnath in the afternoon. Lord Buddha gave his first sermon at Sarnath after getting enlightened at Bodhgaya. Visit Dhamekh Stupa and ruins of Deer Park, Mahabodhi Mana Vihar and Sarnath Museum.

Get back to the hotel and stay there overnight.

Have breakfast in the hotel and get ready to reach airport to board a flight for New Delhi.

Check into a hotel upon arrival and stay there overnight.

Post breakfast in the hotel spend rest of the time in leisure activities till scheduled departure to International airport to board a flight for respective destination.
