- 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be non-refundable.
- Note: Cancellation charges apply on the total package cost. Refund processing may take 7-10 working days.
Payment
- Advance Booking Fee: 30% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and vehicle allocation.
- Second Installment: 50% of the total package cost must be paid at least 15 days prior to the date of departure.
- Final Payment: The remaining 20% balance can be paid 7 days before departure or in cash upon arrival at the pickup point in Gorakhpur.
- Note: Bookings will only be processed and confirmed once the advance payment receipt is verified.
