Day 1 of 12 HARIDWAR ARRIVAL
Haridwar Local Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Haridwar Railway Station / Bus Stand, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. After check-in and freshening up, enjoy local sightseeing of Haridwar, including Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Shantikunj and Har Ki Pauri Ghat. In the evening, witness the beautiful Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 of 12 HARIDWAR TO BARKOT
Haridwar – Mussoorie – Barkot (Approx. 200 Km / 7–8 Hrs)
After an early morning breakfast, depart for Barkot via Mussoorie. En route, enjoy the scenic beauty of the mountains and visit popular attractions of Mussoorie, including Municipal Garden, Gun Hill, Company Garden, Lal Tibba, Bhatta Falls and Kempty Falls (subject to time availability).
After sightseeing, continue your journey towards Barkot. Upon arrival, check into the hotel, enjoy dinner and relax.

Day 3 of 12 YAMUNOTRI DARSHAN
Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri – Barkot (Approx. 45 Km Road + 6 Km Trek One Way)
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti. From here, begin the 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple. You can complete the trek by walking or hire a pony / palki / doli at your own cost.
Upon arrival, take a holy dip in the natural hot water spring at Surya Kund or in the Yamuna River, subject to personal preference and safety. Visit Yamunotri Temple and seek blessings of Mata Yamuna. You may also visit Divya Shila and prepare Prasad at Surya Kund as per local customs.
After darshan, trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot.
Approximate Pony Charges: ₹1,200–₹1,500 per person

Day 4 of 12 BARKOT TO UTTARKASHI
Barkot – Uttarkashi (Approx. 100 Km / 4–5 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Uttarkashi. Enjoy the beautiful mountain landscapes and scenic views of the rivers along the route.
Upon arrival at Uttarkashi, check into the hotel. Later, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and explore the local market (subject to time availability).
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 of 12 GANGOTRI DARSHAN
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (Approx. 200 Km / 7–8 Hrs Round Trip)
Early morning after breakfast, depart for Gangotri Dham. Enjoy the scenic drive through Harsil Valley, surrounded by beautiful mountains, forests and the Bhagirathi River.
Upon arrival at Gangotri, visit the sacred Gangotri Temple and seek blessings of Maa Ganga. Spend some time near the holy Bhagirathi River and explore the temple surroundings.
After darshan, drive back to Uttarkashi.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 of 12 UTTARKASHI TO PHATA / SERSI
Uttarkashi – Phata / Sersi / Guptkashi (Approx. 190–220 Km / 7–9 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Phata / Sersi via beautiful mountain roads. En route, enjoy the scenic views of the Himalayan valleys and rivers. Pass through the beautiful regions of Tehri, Srinagar and Rudraprayag, subject to the selected route.
Upon arrival, check into the hotel / guest house. Complete the necessary preparations for the next day's Kedarnath Yatra.

Day 7 of 12 KEDARNATH DARSHAN
Phata / Sersi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Early morning, proceed for Kedarnath Dham. Guests opting for helicopter services will be transferred to the designated helipad, subject to booking, weather and operational conditions.
Alternatively, guests can travel to Gaurikund and begin the approximately 16–18 km trek to Kedarnath (one way).
Upon arrival, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple and seek blessings of Lord Shiva. After darshan, return to the designated point and descend towards Gaurikund / the helipad.
After completing the Kedarnath Yatra, drive to Guptkashi and check into the hotel.

Day 8 of 12 GUPTKASHI TO PIPALKOTI
Guptkashi – Pipalkoti (Approx. 140–160 Km / 5–7 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Pipalkoti. Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and river valleys along the route.
En route, pass through the scenic regions of Ukhimath, Chopta route and Gopeshwar, depending on road conditions and route selection.
Upon arrival at Pipalkoti, check into the hotel. Enjoy dinner and relax.

Day 9 of 12 BADRINATH DARSHAN
Pipalkoti – Badrinath – Mana Village – Pipalkoti (Approx. 150 Km Round Trip)
Early morning after breakfast, depart for Badrinath Dham. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple and seek blessings of Lord Vishnu.
After darshan, explore nearby attractions including:
- Mana Village – India's last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border.
- Bhim Pul – A natural rock bridge over the Saraswati River.
- Saraswati River – A beautiful and sacred river.
- Vyas Gufa – A place associated with Maharishi Ved Vyas.

Pipalkoti – Rudraprayag (Approx. 100–120 Km / 4–5 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Rudraprayag. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Himalayan valleys and Alaknanda River.
Upon arrival, visit the sacred confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers. Explore the local surroundings and check into the hotel.

Day 11 of 12 RUDRAPRAYAG TO HARIDWAR VIA RISHIKESH
Rudraprayag – Devprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar (Approx. 160–180 Km / 6–8 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Haridwar. En route, visit Devprayag, the sacred confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi Rivers.
Continue towards Rishikesh and enjoy local sightseeing, including Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula area and Ganga Ghat (subject to access and time availability).
Later, continue your journey to Haridwar. Upon arrival, check into the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated according to the date of cancellation and the applicable hotel, transport and service-provider policies.
- Advance payments made for non-refundable hotel bookings, helicopter tickets or other confirmed services may not be refundable.
- No refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing or transportation services after the tour has commenced.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather, roadblocks, landslides or government restrictions, alternative arrangements may be offered subject to availability and additional costs.
- Refund processing time will depend on the respective service providers and payment method.
Important: Applicable cancellation charges and refund amounts will be communicated to the customer before processing the cancellation.

Payment Policy
- A booking advance of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the reservation.
- The next 40% payment must be made before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed payment schedule.
- The remaining 30% balance must be cleared before the start of the tour.
- Hotel and transportation bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment and confirmation.
- Helicopter bookings, if required, may have separate payment terms and must be paid in advance.
- Any additional services requested during the tour will be charged separately.
- Customers will receive booking confirmation after the required advance payment is received.
